Candles
What wax is used in the candles?
They are made with a natural soy wax that has been developed and manufactured in the UK, the wax is biodegradable and vegan. The wax allows for great scent throw and a lovely finish.
How are the candles made?
All of my candles and melts are mixed and poured by hand in small batches to ensure an even fragrance distribution and have excellent scent throw. The wax is melted in a small container over heated water until melted to the correct temperature. Fragrance is then added and well mixed before being poured out. The containers are all wicked by hand and the wick centered after pouring and then left to set. When ready all of the candles are labelled by hand.
How long will the candle burn for?
The 100g tins will burn for approximately 20 hours. Please note the time will vary slightly depending on how long you burn the candle for at a time.
Why has my candle tunneled?
If you burn your candle for a short period of time and then blow it out you will have a small wax melt pool in the centre and next time you light the candle it will continue to tunnel downwards. If you burn it for a longer period of time it will allow for the wax pool to widen and you will get the best from your candle.
How do I get the most from my Reed Diffuser?
Give the bottle a shake before opening. Insert the reeds and then rotate them after 24hrs. The reeds will soak up and release the fragrance. For best results rotate the reeds once a week after this. Make sure you keep it on a protective surface to avoid staining delicate surfaces.

Wax melts
What are wax melts?
The wax used in the melts is exactly the same as the candles but comes in a pack of six cubes. You place 1 or 2 cubes onto the top of your wax melter and light the tea light underneath. The heat from the tea light melts the wax and the fragrance is released.
How do I use the wax melts?
You need to make sure you have a wax burner. Please do not use an oil burner as these are much smaller and as such get much hotter. They are not designed for melting wax. There are lots of products on the market, either electric plug in devices or ones where you light a tea light underneath.
How long will they last?
You get over 30 hours of fragrance in each pack. I like to use 2 cubes and these will give off a strong fragrance for at least 10 hours.
